  26. Did you insure that your old comm.drv has been replaced by a better
  27. comm driver such as twcomm.drv?  (This fix is for Win3.1 only).
  28. In Windows 3.1, using the old comm.drv will result in comm overruns
  29. and other communications problems.  Freeware/shareware drivers are
  30. avaliable through the Navas FAQ.  I don't have the URL in front of me
